Shipping and Returns
Due to the events regarding COVID-19, delays are worldwide with production/shipping times extending up to as long as 2 weeks.
SHIPPING
All products are made to order and some items may ship separately.
Processing
Apparel takes 3-7 business days to create. For some products, there may be a delay due to an item being out of stock or another reason, and therefore, these products may take longer to produce (usually of no more than 7 additional days).
Processing time does not include shipping/delivery, this will be additional time to consider when placing an order. Processing time + Shipping = Delivery Time.
Turnaround time for shipping will vary based on location.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive your tracking number at the email you provided during check out.
KAL3 is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

RETURNS
ALL SALES ARE FINAL, however, KAL3 Apparel will accept returns on items that were damaged upon receipt (damaged meaning: misprinted/damaged/defective item - including items with faulty printing, tears/holes, and/or a different size from what was ordered). All items will be replaced with the same item in the same color. No exceptions. We do not offer returns or exchanges on items due to incorrect sizing, change of heart on design, color, etc. Please make sure that you use our sizing chart to make sure you choose the correct size. An item that appears to have a change in the actual design size or color is not considered a misprinted/damaged/defective item.
The returned item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, cologne/perfume, or wear. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@kal3apparel.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Once the item is received back to us, and has been evaluated, we will then make a final decision on the return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If an item is returned to us as undeliverable (due to, for example, incorrect address provided, a change in address before the order was shipped, etc.), the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost for reshipment. Please make sure that your mailing address is correct before processing an order. We only send to the address YOU provided in the order request.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hours of package arrival if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You can request a return within 24 hours from receiving your order. If not reported within that timeframe, we will not issue a credit.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Reserved Rights Regarding Returns
We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
- An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"
- An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
