How long will it take for me to get my package? 

Items are made to order. The order is processed first, which can take up to 7 days. Shipping is not included in processing time. Shipping can take up to 5 days. You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped. You can also track your order here. 

I checked my tracking number and it's not giving any information on when I should expect my package. 

Please allow 24-48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the tracking number to generate an expected date to receive your package.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@kal3apparel.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
